Brief Bio: 

Mr. Collins Kankam-Kwarteng is a Lecturer in service marketing, marketing communication and customer communication at the Kumasi Technical University Business School, Kumasi, Ghana.  He holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and University of Cape Coast, Ghana respectively. He holds BA in Sociology/Law from KNUST, Ghana and a Diploma in Journalism and Media Studies from Institute of Business Management and Journalism, Kumasi. He is a member of Institute of Public Relations Practitioners, Ghana and has provided consultancy services to a number of organizations including Oli Best Road Safety Organization (development of strategic operational activities); Ghana Baptist University College (seminar facilitator on church marketing); Osei Kyeretwie Senior High School (OKESS) (writing WASSCE and career opportunities for business courses); Oppong Twumasi Electrical Company (OTEC) (Panel discussant and seminar facilitator).
