Prof. Mrs. Mina Ofosu is the Head and the founder of the Department of Laboratory Technology, Faculty of Health Sciences, Kumasi Technical University, Ghana. She is a Professor of Biology with specialties in Food, Environmental, and Medical Microbiology, She holds PhD in Biology and MSc. in Clinical Microbiology from KNUST, Kumasi-Ghana, West Africa.
A very hard-working personality, reliable and dependable, able to collaborate with team and have leadership capabilities, ability to achieve set goals in expected real-time, good analytical, planning, and organizational skill,s and capable of initiating new projects with ongoing projects are sustained.
She has several publications with book chapters in Assessment of health risks and modeling in Food, Environmental, and Medical samples in very reputable peer-reviewed Journals. She serves as a reviewer and is part of the editorial board for some of them. Prof. Mrs. Mina Ofosu has teaching and research experience at the tertiary level for the past fourteen (14) years.
